In this class participants will learn how to cut, grind and stuff their own sausages from all parts of the pig. We’ll have ingredients on hand to make a few of our favorite variations cooked up regularly on the farm. We’ll talk about what parts of the pig make the tastiest sausage, and most importantly, we will fry up samples to eat and take the rest home for dinner. Snacks and drinks provided.
