Whole Hog Butchery: On-Farm Breakdown

Join us in the farm kitchen as we break down a full hog from nose to tail.

Participants in this hands-on class will learn how to excavate their favorite meaty bits from a pig: From bacon, chops and ribs to lesser-known delicacies like trotters and jowls. At the end of the class each participant will take home the spoils of the day's hard work for their home freezers. Class will run from 9:30 a.m. until around 4:30 p.m. Lunch and a farm tour are included. Don't forget to bring your coolers! No previous experience or skills are required.

Pay $195 for a single seat in the class or bring a buddy and you'll both get in for $345.
